This page outlines all of the forms and information that we need from you, as well as giving you links to other pages on our website that tell you a bit more about our school. 

Please see below the forms that are required for all children starting in Reception in September. These forms are editable and can be completed without the need to print. Just input all the details required, save and return them to us. Please save using the document name but with your child’s name (surname first) inserted at the front e.g. SmithJohnapplicationform.doc and return to office@edenbridge.kent.sch.uk. There are PDF copies below too, if you would rather print them first to complete, or you can contact the school office and we can send you a printed copy.
