We have wraparound care available from 7:30am until 6pm during term time, and a holiday club that runs for 4 weeks over the school year. Our wraparound provision is available to pupils from their second year of nursery (after their initial transition period, where applicable) until the end of year 6.
We also have a variety of extracurricular clubs run by both external companies and teachers.

Breakfast Club
Operating Hours and Fees
Early Birds Breakfast Club runs from 7.30am – 8.40am daily in term time, and fees for 2024-2025 are £4.70 per session.
The Breakfast Club operates in the main school hall and is run by school staff. There are a range of activities offered that allow children to be active or to sit. Places can be for childcare only or can include a breakfast. It is open to all children from their second year of nursery to year 6. Nursery and Reception children can generally start when they start their first full day of school, after the transition period at the start of term, however, if you would like them to start earlier, please contact the school office.
Reserve a place
If you would like to book a place, please complete and return the registration details form below. (The Word document can be completed electronically, avoiding the need to print).
You will then be contacted to confirm that your application has been successful. After this time you will be able to book and pay for your required sessions via the School Gateway app or online at https://login.schoolgateway.com. Payment must be made online or via childcare voucher in advance to secure your child’s place.
Subject to availability new ad hoc sessions can still be booked with 24 hours’ notice, via the school office and a registration form must be completed if your child has not attended the club before.

The After School Club (TASC)
We run a very popular after school club every day during term time until 6pm (sometimes earlier on the last day of the year). Charges for 2024-2025 are either £7.70, £10.80 or £12.40 per session, depending upon the length of time your child attends. This is on an application only basis and waiting lists may apply. Please contact the school office for information on available places.

The Pioneers Holiday Club
In 2019 we started running a holiday club for Edenbridge Primary School pupils. We usually run for a week in the October half term, a week during the Easter holidays (or 4 days if Easter bank holiday falls during the holiday club week), and 2 weeks in the summer holidays.
It is open to all children from Reception to year 6 (as well as those pupils in our nursery that will be starting school the following September).
Dates for the 24/25 academic year:
Autumn: Monday 21st October – Friday 25th October 2024
Easter: Monday 7th April 2025 – Friday 11th April 2025
Summer: Monday 28th July – Friday 1st August and Monday 4th – Friday 8th August 2025
Sessions
We have the option of a full day (8:30am – 3pm) or a shorter day (10am – 3pm). Full days run as long as there are sufficient numbers registered. The children enjoy a range of activities and we provide a healthy snack. We also accept payment by childcare voucher or the Government tax free childcare scheme.

If you would like to book your child in for our club, please complete and return the below registration form (available in two formats for ease) to the school office or to office@edenbridge.kent.sch.uk. Please also read our handbook, which forms part of our terms and conditions.
Extracurricular Clubs
We have a mixture of free and paid clubs, some run by teachers, others by external companies.
*The pick up point for all extracurricular clubs is the double gates onto the playground (on Croft Lane). There is no access to the pick up location from the high street entrance.*
Teacher-run clubs occasionally have a different collection point, which will be made clear in the communications about the club.
